By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are authorized to make purchasing decisions or technical enquiries on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.

2. Product Information & Catalog Data

• All bearing dimensions, load ratings, weights, and specifications displayed in our catalog are provided for reference purposes and are based on ISO, DIN, and manufacturer-published standards.
• While we strive for accuracy, GMY does not warrant that all catalog data is error-free. Dimensional tolerances, load ratings (C, C₀), and mass values should be confirmed with our engineering team before critical applications.
• Cross-reference data (e.g., SKF, FAG, Timken, NSK, GAMET equivalents) indicates form, fit, and function interchangeability but does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those brands.
• Product images are representative. Actual bearing appearance may vary based on manufacturing batch, material finish, and precision class.

3. Pricing & Quotations

• Prices displayed on this website (including GAMET equivalent pricing in GBP, USD, and INR) are indicative and subject to change without prior notice.
• Displayed prices are per-unit for standard quantities. Volume pricing, OEM contracts, and bulk orders are available upon request.
• A formal quotation issued by GMY via email constitutes a binding price offer, valid for the period stated in the quotation (typically 30 days).
• All prices are Ex-Works (EXW) Seoul unless otherwise stated. Shipping, insurance, customs duties, and applicable taxes are additional.

4. Request for Quotation (RFQ)

When you submit an RFQ through our website or via email to rfq@gmybearing.com:

• You agree to provide accurate bearing specifications, quantities, and application details
• GMY will respond typically within 24–48 business hours
• An RFQ submission does not constitute a purchase order or binding commitment
• GMY reserves the right to decline any enquiry at its discretion

5. Intellectual Property

• The GMY name, 극밀영 brand, logo, website design, catalog structure, and bearing nomenclature system (GMY-XXXXX-XXXXX) are proprietary to GMY Bearings International.
• Bearing designation systems referenced (e.g., ISO number series, SKF/FAG/Timken part numbers) remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for cross-reference purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit catalog data, pricing information, or website content without prior written consent from GMY.

6. Warranty & Liability

Product Warranty

GMY bearings are manufactured to ISO 492 / DIN 620 dimensional standards and are covered by a standard product warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be submitted with the original invoice number, bearing part number, and failure description.

Limitation of Liability

• GMY shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from bearing failure, incorrect application, or misuse.
• Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the bearing(s) in question.
• GMY is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, inadequate lubrication, excessive loads beyond rated capacity, or environmental contamination.

7. Export Compliance

Certain precision bearings may be subject to export control regulations. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable export laws, including those of South Korea, the European Union, and destination countries. GMY reserves the right to refuse orders that may violate export restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

9. Modifications

GMY reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
